1. Subscriptions Period

You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the Subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel or the Company cancels it.

2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription renewal via your account settings or by contacting the Company. Payments already made for the current Subscription period are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.

3. Billing
You must provide accurate billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and valid payment details. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an electronic invoice requiring you to manually complete the payment by the specified due date.

4. Fee Adjustments
We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees at our discretion. Any fee changes will take effect after the current Subscription period ends. You will be notified in advance, allowing you the opportunity to cancel before the new fees apply. Continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new cost.

5. Refunds
Except where legally required, Subscription fees that have already been paid are non-refundable. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at our sole discretion.

6. Free Trial
We may offer a limited-time Free Trial for a Subscription. Billing information may be required to sign up for a Free Trial, but no charges will be applied until the trial period ends. If not canceled before the trial expires, you will be charged for the applicable Subscription plan. We reserve the right to alter or terminate Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

7. Promotions
Any promotions offered through our Service may have separate rules. Please review those rules alongside our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will prevail.
